Course Schedule

 

Our current class schedule is:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0500-0545 (that's AM).

This is early for most people, but it allows you to get in a great workout and still get to work on time, whether you work in the home or away from it.

You may jump in at any time, but please contact us to get approval.

If you have a group that has special training needs, we can provide various training modifications to suit your needs.  For military, law enforcement, and fire fighter personnel, we can adapt the training to focus on tactical strength and conditioning. 

If you'd like to request another class offering, e.g., a class M-W-F at 0600, contact us, we'll see what we can do.
